AHRC Showcase 2024: Celebrating Interdisciplinary Research

Our 2024 AHRC Showcase celebrated the vibrant and diverse portfolio of research supported by the Arts and Humanities Research Council. We’re delighted to share a digital version of the project presentations that were produced by our researchers.

From the design, making and use of film costumes since the 1960s; to the politics of truth claims about climate change; to blood donation and contested belonging in East Asia; these projects combine innovative ideas, interdisciplinary approaches, and real-world relevance. The projects highlight the importance of collaborative efforts to generate policy development, enhance cultural preservation, and address complex and urgent global issues.
