All colleagues in the Faculty of Arts Humanities and Cultures are warmly invited to an Impact and Policy Workshop, hosted by the Leeds Arts and Humanities Research Institute.

This workshop provides a welcoming and inclusive space where we will share strategies and tips for developing the impact of arts & humanities research in the policy arena. Contributors from AHC and Policy Leeds will share their experiences of working with a wide range of policymakers, and we will also hear from academics who participated in the AHRC 'Engaging With Government' training. We'll look at examples of policy impact projects at various stages of development and discuss strategies for developing successful and long-term relationships with policy-related bodies. There will also be the opportunity to talk further with experienced colleagues who can offer advice and feedback on your own policy ideas.

This workshop is suitable for all academic and professional staff in AHC who have an interest in developing or supporting research impact in any policy-related context.

The event will be held in person, and refreshments and lunch will be provided.

To register your place, please email LAHRI@leeds.ac.uk.
