LAHRI Network Grants
The application deadline for LAHRI Network Grants 2025-26 has now passed. We expect to launch the 2026-27 scheme in springĀ 2026.
LAHRI Network Grants support innovative interdisciplinary research. A successor scheme to the popular Sadler Seminar Series, they are managed by the Leeds Arts and Humanities Research Institute and offer a unique opportunity to build an interdisciplinary research network involving partners and collaborators within and beyond the University of Leeds and the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Cultures. LAHRI Network Grants are seed funding and aim to allow networks to develop momentum so that they can form the basis for successful external funding bids in the future. These grants will foster the generation and development of new ideas and research agendas and provide a platform for ongoing exchange and collaboration.
Deadline: Wednesday 5 November 2025 at 12 noon.
A LAHRI Network Grant application needs to specify three network leads, members of staff at the University of Leeds, based in a minimum of two different Schools. One lead must be based in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Cultures.
In 2024-25, LAHRI hosts one Network Grant, which was awarded as part of the Sadler Seminars 2023-24 competition.
You can find full details of the scheme and application form on LAHRI's SharePoint site.
