My teaching philosophy is centred on creating an inclusive, engaging, and dynamic learning environment that addresses the diverse needs of students. I employ an eclectic approach to teaching, drawing from various methodologies to cater to different learning styles and maximise student engagement. Integrating digital tools enhances the learning experience and fosters a deeper understanding of the subject matter. My goal is to promote critical thinking, effective communication skills, and cultural awareness, preparing students to succeed in a globalised world. By providing additional support to struggling students and encouraging active participation, I aim to inspire a love for language learning and academic achievement. Furthermore, I am dedicated to changing lives through education and widening access to disadvantaged communities, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed regardless of their background.
